Introducing Synthicant Chat: Embed AI Personas on Any Website
What if the best demo of your product was your product?
Today we're launching Synthicant Chat — an embeddable chat widget that lets you put any Synthicant persona on any website with a single line of code. Visitors click a chat bubble, ask questions, and get real-time responses grounded in your uploaded documents. No login required. No setup on the visitor's side. Just a script tag.
How it works
Go to any persona's detail page and click the Embed button. Synthicant generates a unique embed token and gives you a script tag:

Paste it on any webpage. A chat bubble appears in the bottom-right corner with the Synthicant neural network logo. Click it, and a chat window opens with the persona's name, tagline, and a text input. The visitor types a question, the persona responds in real-time via streaming, and the conversation continues naturally.
The persona uses the same RAG pipeline as the main app — every response is grounded in the documents you've uploaded, with the same OCEAN personality modeling driving its behavior. The only difference is that the visitor doesn't need a Synthicant account.

1. AI Support Agent
Upload your FAQ, knowledge base articles, and product documentation to a persona. Set the OCEAN traits to high Conscientiousness (thorough, accurate) and high Agreeableness (patient, helpful). Embed the widget on your support page.
Customers ask questions and get answers sourced from your actual documentation — not hallucinated, not generic. Every response is traceable to the documents you uploaded. It's what Intercom's AI agent and Zendesk's Answer Bot do, except you control the personality, the data, and the cost.
2. Interactive Landing Page Demo
Put a persona on your marketing site that visitors can talk to. Imagine a "Skeptical Buyer" persona that pushes back on your pricing claims, or an "Enthusiast" that explains what they love about your product. The visitor isn't watching a demo video — they're having a conversation with your product.
This is the demo that sells itself. When someone asks "how realistic are these personas?" and gets a thoughtful, personality-consistent, citation-backed answer from an actual persona — that's the proof.
3. Conversational Guide
Embed a persona on your product page that helps visitors understand your product through dialogue. "How does this compare to what I'm using now?" "Walk me through how the OCEAN model works." "What's the difference between Starter and Pro?"
Unlike a FAQ page, the persona has a conversation. It responds to context, asks clarifying questions, and adapts its explanations based on personality-driven conversational patterns. Visitors get answers tailored to their specific questions instead of scanning a static page.
Built for security and cost control
Every embed token is rate-limited:
- 100 messages per hour per token — prevents abuse
- 50 messages per conversation — prevents infinite sessions burning through your API budget
- Token revocation — disable any token instantly from your dashboard
Widget conversations are ephemeral. No visitor data is stored. No cookies are set. No personal information is collected. The persona reads from your uploaded documents and responds — that's it.

Every embedded chat window includes a "Powered by Synthicant" link at the bottom. It's subtle, it's honest, and every conversation is a soft introduction to the platform for visitors who want to build their own personas.
