What does 'lifetime' mean?
You pay once and get access to Synthicant forever. No monthly fees, no annual renewals. As long as Synthicant exists, your account works.
Why only 50 licenses?
Synthicant has real ongoing costs — AI API calls, hosting, embeddings. We can sustain a limited number of lifetime users, but not unlimited. Once 50 are sold, lifetime pricing closes permanently and we switch to subscription-only.
Do I get future features?
Founder tier gets all future features. Explorer and Builder tiers get all features available at the time of purchase, plus bug fixes and security updates.
What if I need more messages per month?
Your monthly message limit resets every month. If you consistently need more, you can upgrade to a higher lifetime tier (we'll credit your original purchase) or add a message pack.
Is there a refund policy?
No refunds on lifetime deals. If you want to try Synthicant risk-free first, use the 14-day free trial on our subscription plans at /pricing, then come back for the lifetime deal if you like it.
Can I use the embeddable chat widget?
Builder and Founder tiers include the embeddable chat widget. Explorer tier does not.
